We are currently looking for a dedicated Field and Production Assistant to join our team and help us continue to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Job Summary:

As a Field and Production Assistant, you will play a crucial role in both on-site and in-house production tasks. Your responsibilities will include assisting with set-ups and installations at various event locations and provide support with our production line with printing, assembling, and various print-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the installation of decals, vinyl wraps, and other materials varying locations across the island.
• Help with carrying, loading, and unloading materials and ensuring they are transported safely to and from sites.
• Provide support in the production line, including assembling products and other print-related materials.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting products for defects or deviations from specifications.
• Work in various climate conditions and manage tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in using measuring tools (like rulers and tape measures) and a solid understanding of unit conversions and basic mathematics.
• Physically fit, able to lift heavy objects, reach high places, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work in different weather conditions and adapt to varying work environments.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
